What is Puppy Yoga?
It’s yoga—with an extra dose of joy! During class, adorable puppies join us on the mat as we move, breathe, and connect. We take time to play with them, nurture them, and help them self-soothe - often getting a little silly in the process. This mutual regulation benefits both the puppies and us, creating a calming and uplifting experience.
Our Puppy Yoga classes are trauma-informed, thoughtfully designed, and prioritize the safety and well-being of both the animals and the students. And it’s backed by science—just 10 minutes with a dog can significantly reduce stress and elevate your mood. Combine that with the grounding benefits of yoga, and you’ll leave class feeling refreshed in both body and mind.
